As an Interior Design practice working throughout Cheshire and beyond, making the most of the unpredictable British weather is a request high on the agenda of many of our clients.

During the longed for summer months, gathering together outdoors is a pleasure that intelligent interior design can make possible whatever the weather.

For this beautiful Victorian Villa in Hale, our client wanted to be able to linger outside long into the chill of a summer’s evening and to have the freedom to plan garden events in advance, without the stress of hastily reacting to a favourable weather forecast.

Our solution was to create a spacious and calming garden room with a fully fold-away glass wall, creating a seamless flow to the outside, enhanced by the continuation of the stone flooring. The addition of heaters, rugs and indoors/outdoors furniture allows for endless entertaining possibilities that can be easily adapted for sunshine or showers.

Our football mad clients are delighted with their new indoor/outdoor space, especially with the stylish ‘football boots’ sculpture we commissioned for them taking centre stage.
